      The work atmosphere is the best I've ever seen. Everyone is very friendly, and it feels like you're working with friends. The work is fulfilling.

      Pros

      Chemetall was apart of BASF which is an outstanding company, however, they are being sold to a Private Equity Firm and are expected to close Q2 2026.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership No work life balance, overworked and burned out. Reduced Bonus Payouts High Turnover Continuous Restructuring Future seems unstable due to sale of company to Private Equity Firm.
