Pros
The products are expensive but some of them are effective. The training is pretty good but not entirely truthful.
Cons
The products are more dangerous than we are led to believe in training. Every time my daughter got into my car she said my car smelled of chemicals despite everything being in sealed containers. We were encouraged to touch the products with our bare hands to show how "safe" they were. I was promoted to Business Development Manager but with no increase in pay until I "proved" myself. So basically I had less hours to develop my business which lowered my income as I had to manage others. The last straw was when I realized how dangerous the products were. We were provided with MSDSs but if you looked elsewhere you would find a completely different story about the dangers of the products. After two years working for them my health began to suffer and I had to quit as I couldn't take being exposed to all the chemicals any longer.
