In my 15 years of experience working for multiple companies, this is by far THE WORSE company I have ever worked for. Where do I start? They hide behind being a “Christian” company, with love, accountability, and passion. It’s all a joke, because this is by far the most unethical company I have ever seen. For instance, they allow blatant cheating and disrespect with no form of disciplinary action, management is a joke, setting unrealistic goals for the sales team. They expect you to create community events while in the midst of a pandemics, and target seniors which is the most vulnerable population. If you speak up against anything you see going wrong you will be targeted and written up, and eventually fired. They fired 3 employees 6 days before Christmas for not meeting goals when there are many other people on the team that are doing worse. Again, please stay away from this cult! You are expected to remember the “chenmed way” and when you don’t you get chastised for it. It’s truly a sick company, ran like a cult, and if you don’t fall in line you will be let go. You are also expected to be on a morning meeting every single day at 8;30 to discuss absolutely nothing, the same crap every morning. The pay is a joke as well. Take this job at your own risk!
