      Pros

      It's amazing how some of the former IT employees are so disgruntled. They must really miss being here. I get it. Fact is that there was a lot of change here (not just in IT), and now things are fine. Of course, things can always be better. But please stop arguing on Glassdoor. Please find a different outlet. Most of us working here, really like it here. It doesn't feel good reading something bad about us, and people we work with every day (including our managers), when we actually are satisfied with our work here.

      Company went through major change, which caused a lot of disruption in all areas of the company.

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
