      Absolutely nothing positive, stay away!

      EVERYTHING about this place is a terrible experience. The family leaders are terrible, full of lies, with no real life experience of running a corporate business. They won’t listen to experts they bring in, rather conflict experts with opinions that override everything productive, spinning in circles indefinitely. They lure you in with $ and try to pull off as though they are huge and established, then they never agree on anything. The environment is nothing short of a cult, full of frat bro’s leader “fellows” program that bully everyone to get ahead, steal work, cut throat - every single one of them, Nothing short of a cult here, stay far far far away.

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
