      Pros

      None, this place is a disaster.

      Cons

      This company has no sense of strategy, they keep laying off everyone. It's a sinking ship. Walmart probably doesn't want to acquire them anymore because of their financial state. They are a mess. The family does not care about their employees. When I first joined ChenMed, the culture was so much better, we were like a family. That did not last long. Now it's like any other corporate America company. And this new leadership has already failed by letting go of their best employees.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

      Cons

      Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
