Pros
- Able to learn if under the right manager and team members - Flexible time - 8 months experience Junior can review file whilst Semi-senior do cases :)
Cons
- "A" partner who is bias towards its staff - Unfair treatment - Inexperience partner who does not know how to deal with his staff - "A" partner who does not know how to lead a department - Unable to voice out opinions or talk about job related issues - Some managers lack responsibility, experienced AA has to ask Manager for cases instead of distributing cases amongst team members - Some manager will call you at 4 or 5am to update on work progress. Hello? no need sleep?? - Staff are unappreciated - Lots of office politics
