Pros

Very little micro-managing. You are given a job and you can get it done in whatever way you want to get it done. Management is very "hands-off".

Cons

Drastically understaffed so the work load is over bearing. No training for new employees. Antiquated software and technology. Office is depressing. You have to fight with management to get a review. Their is no recognition for a job well done. Raises are essentially non existent. 50 hour work weeks are mandated and more is expected. Very little vacation time is given and there are stringent restrictions on when you can take it.

Great place to work! Everyone is Cheerful! Everyone works hard! We all function together like a well oiled machine. Everyday is Awesome!

Some friendly employees, decent pay

Cons

No advancement opportunities at all and you will not get any feedback from management or supervisors unless you ask for it directly. You are offered very little vacation time, and it takes EIGHT full years of service to receive the common 3 weeks off. The computer programs are outdated and the company is not as efficient as they could be because of it. Distribution of work is extremely uneven, some employees are overwhelmed, while others are twiddling their thumbs with boredom. The workspace is not the cleanest, and the building itself is very outdated. Benefits are mediocre.
