Every alternate saturday off, annual trip somewhere, except founder most people who work there are very nice. Founder goes on annual leave to europe to ski and this is the best gift wedding wishlist gives its workers.

Management, future plan of leaders, narrow minded plans for future, Founder plays favrites, very moody founder who is very controlling so it is difficult to go to office and we dont know what mood she will be in. Sometimes very happy on somedays and on other days very angry. Very difficult to work with her. So every one on office have to text or skype others in office to know what mood she is in to approach her even for important things. Sometimes scolds and insults you for no reason at all infront of evryone. Not a good idea to join this company. It can be very scary working with her. It will affect your mental well being and may need to go to psychiatirst when working with her.

I joined here as an intern in 2016. Started here as a developer & QA, then took over analytics & Digital Marketing. The management trusts employees & gives lot of opportunities. It’s then upto the employees to make full use of it. I have been here for more than 5.5 years & I enjoyed each and every moment of it. The CEO is very supportive and helps you learn new things daily. CEO is easily accessible & very friendly, surely this can’t happen in other companies. Here, you will also get to know the entire business runs (From start to end). This will be a dream company for anyone to start their carrier or for some one to enhance their existing skill.
