Every alternate saturday off, annual trip somewhere, except founder most people who work there are very nice. Founder goes on annual leave to europe to ski and this is the best gift wedding wishlist gives its workers.

Management, future plan of leaders, narrow minded plans for future, Founder plays favrites, very moody founder who is very controlling so it is difficult to go to office and we dont know what mood she will be in. Sometimes very happy on somedays and on other days very angry. Very difficult to work with her. So every one on office have to text or skype others in office to know what mood she is in to approach her even for important things. Sometimes scolds and insults you for no reason at all infront of evryone. Not a good idea to join this company. It can be very scary working with her. It will affect your mental well being and may need to go to psychiatirst when working with her.

I joined CherryTin about 2.5 years back, since then it has been a great learning curve. Inspite of me being hired to manage public and media relations for the company, I was given an opportunity to take care and charge of building vendor (new) relationships, b2b partner platform and handle inbound customer queries as well. Working very closely with and under the guidance of both the CEO (Founder) and Co-founder, gave me the window to further sharpen my skills and work towards building the broader vision and growth for both self and the company. Personally, I have made a gang of close friends through colleagues for life. :-)

There aren't any cons or negative points that I can personally think of working with this organisation. All good with me :-)
