I love my co-workers and still to this day after leaving 3 years ago, meet up with them for lunches

My direct leader was a micromanager, and wasnt very knowledgeable in HR but the was "disappointed" every time we didnt know an answer. He also was not forgiving on mistakes and it made working for him that much harder - esp when all you wanted was to do a good job.

Great product and great teamwork

No cons to speak of.
