machine is not so developed

Honestly, I had so much freedom when creating and working with other departments when developing the products. The team was trying to create a more transparent environment by setting up weekly meetings and one on ones. Great place to learn from and also pick up a few good friends too!

I can go on and on but overall the communications between departments was the worst. Upper management was a mess. Often felt my department was disregarded despite working so hard to please them and also create pieces that we loved. Within the department, everyone was working so much that they didn't have time to team build, brainstorm, or even just develop the products better. We just kept going the same subpar way just because we didn't have time to innovate. In addition, we have very limited choices in manufacturing due to specific relationships we had with the manufactures over in Asia.
