Pros
Regular staff meetings, ongoing training and education, access to CHK's restaurants and gym, great location close to lots of shops and restaurants, middle management (education coordinators) are top notch, great classroom layouts and supplies, easy to use technology, large center means lots of resources and some extra money for supplies, lots of floater staff means leads get plenty of time outside of the classroom for lesson plans and documentation
Cons
Upper management will give you a lot of additional responsibilities without an increase in pay, management makes decisions for your classroom or students without your consultation, center wide rules are never made clear so you are playing catch up with "Are we allowed to do this?", upper management will string you along promising you a promotion and then tell you at the last minute they won't give you one, very little concern from upper management about your work/life balance, lead teacher shifts are 7:15 a.m. through 5:45 p.m. with a break in the middle of the day, lots of nonsensical rules that are never explained throughly
