Pros
The company has a flat structure that allows for open communication and a supportive environment. Team members are friendly and always willing to help each other, making the workplace a positive experience. Not only do they work well together, they also bond outside of work by going camping together. Additionally, the salary and benefits offered are better than many other non-profits, making the company a great place to work.
Cons
As a small organization, there may not be a lot of opportunities for career growth. With limited staff, there may be times when employees feel like there is a shortage of people to exchange ideas with. Despite these cons, the supportive and friendly team culture helps to create a positive work environment.
