-Continues to be run by a 'boys club' which is no doubt about to cash-out due to sale -Company being sold so senior management are cutting costs. The commission structure is about to be revised down - Poor approach to women and senior woman such as the new Chief People Officer don't appear to like people which is bizarre! A lot of the time it feels like they're teaching the company to suck eggs despite being the least qualified people in the business, having never done the actual role themselves.
