Pros
The culture here is overall very good, enjoyed working with my team and stakeholders. The mission and vision of the organization are appealing.
Cons
Since they are a smaller nonprofit, salaries are not competitive with competing health care systems or with IT industry in general. Turnover for support staff was high as a result; difficult to retain top talent. Opportunities for advancement in technical roles very limited.
