Pros

I joined Chetu with a background in Manual Testing and API Testing, and over the past 2.5 years, I’ve grown into a Software Engineer with strong skills in Automation Testing, including Java, Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins, and CI/CD. The company has provided a great environment for learning and career growth. Pros: 🏥 Full healthcare coverage for employees (PPO plans included). 🍛 Subsidized meals make daily work life more convenient. 🚗 Free shuttle service (cab facility within a 10km radius) – a great commuting perk. 📈 Six-monthly appraisals that ensure regular feedback and recognition. 🚀 Clear growth opportunities – I’ve personally experienced skill development and career advancement.

Cons

Keep up the great work in supporting employee growth and maintaining a positive work environment

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
