Pros

na, base salary is nominal for the scope of the job. The DO's are generally very nice to work with when you are allowed to communicate with them.

Cons

large majority of favorable reviews on here are "astroturf" Culture of fear throughout (India & US) major nepotism in the US management & NAM teams, you either placate & majorly kiss the CEO's butt or you are forever on the outside looking in, sucking up to him at all times is the name of the game or you'll never go anywhere. The co. is quick to get into lawsuits regularly over work product, bills, etc. NAMs are expected to collect the accounts rather than the "accounting" AR group, 4-5 hrs a week regularly spent grilling/ drilling the NAMs on how they could better do their jobs, it's a huge grind just going to the meetings and listening to people either suck up or get blasted. Commissions are low & slow to grow to much because so many engagements end so quickly or with dissatisfied clients, so you can rarely bring in enough into the front door to outpace whats "leaving out the back" Majority of west to east trips home are red eyes to save travel expense. All emails are monitored so communication with Indian DO's that are stateside has to be done via text messaging because no one would dare email to each other or IM (also monitored) for fear of being blasted by the CEO, there is to be limited contact between Ops & Sales. The CEO is a major "keyboard gangster" that is regularly nice to your face or on calls but loves blowing staff out via heavy handed and highly unprofessional emails, or having his Directors do his dirty work on phone calls. Another oddity is that he IM's them direction on how to interrogate the NAMs on team calls if the director isn't being hard enough on them on their own.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
