Pros

I have been working in Chetu more than three year, I have found that this company providing the platform to the person for personal and professional growth. Here every team member got chance to share his/her view in internal as well as in client project call. That is giving the confidence to every member and he/she can feel that they are building the application with true team effort. Another good thing is you will be getting latest technology stuff to play with that. Chetu is providing you a platform where you can work on different domain and make you an all-rounder.

Cons

Need to add few more employee benefits like include employee family into health insurance. Chetu can have office timing just 1 or 2 hr up from current timing,it will bring balance in your professional and personal life.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
