Pros

I have been working with Chetu from last 4.5 years. I find Chetu a good growing Company. Key factors are: Good work culture. Excellent people - Respect and helping each other are the key factors. Quick recognition of individual talents. Always appreciates the efforts/contributions that you put. Provides a transparent platform for Personal, Professional and Financial Growth. Long term growth for those who work smartly and never find themselves in a saturation state. Most important factor(salary) - Provides the salary as per the standard in market. Good salary hike and 6 months review/appraisal process.

Cons

Not a well-recognized IT Brand. Work timing (2.30 to 11.30 IST). Company works on Alternate Saturday.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
