Pros

Chetu is a great place for any individual who has passion for software programming. Chetu provides you ultimate challenges. You worked here at the latest technologies available in market by following all coding standards which helps you to enhance your technical skills. Apart from this you got a chance to communicate with client directly which helps you to understand the business logic and also improves your communication skill and also boost your self confidence. Apart this Chetu also organized fun events on monthly basis which works as a stress buster for employees.

Cons

Odd timing is one of the cons I found but on the other hand some people found this timing more suitable as they have more time to do their neccessary task in morning.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
