Hello, I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while working at Chetu. We value our team members and strive to provide the best working environment possible. However, we must also consider the quality of the employees we bring on board. Not everyone will be a good fit in terms of culture, personality, or quality of work. We strive to maintain the highest standards at Chetu and unfortunately not everyone will meet those standards. We also work to create an environment where employees feel they can bring complaints, comments, and suggestions to us so we can continue to improve. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
