Pros

There is an excellent supportive team environment here which has allowed me to grow personally and professionally. I’ve been allowed and encouraged to become a brand evangelist in my time with the company. My ideas and content are expressed in my own voice, leading to far more authentic content being written by me. Everyone – management and coworkers – are positive and supportive. We have a motivated team of professionals who always help each other out. I’m super proud to be a part of this company, look forward to growth, and feel I’ve found a great work home. If you are thinking of applying, you should consider Chetu.

Cons

Everything is great, and I'm happy here.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
