Pros

As someone who worked at Chetu as a Sales Enablement Specialist for a year, I can say that it has been a fantastic experience. One of the best parts about working at Chetu is the full coverage healthcare and 401k matching benefits, which provide financial security and peace of mind. Additionally, the company perks such as gym discounts and work ticket discounts are great incentives for employees. But what really stands out about Chetu is the opportunities for personal and professional growth. During my time at the company, I learned technical skills, communication skills, and teamwork, which helped me advance my career. The company's focus on personal development has been instrumental in helping me grow both as an employee and as an individual. Overall, I highly recommend Chetu as a great place to work. The company genuinely values its employees' well-being, and the opportunities for professional development are excellent. If you're looking for a company that prioritizes its employees and helps them achieve their goals, then Chetu is definitely worth considering.

Cons

A con would be getting paid monthly as opposed to biweekly.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
