Work-Life Balance? Sometimes: Things can get pretty busy here, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be a challenge. Deadlines can be tight, and the pressure to deliver is real. Desk or Bust (Mostly): While there is some flexibility, working remotely more options would be a game-changer. Departmental Silos (Ugh): Sometimes communication can get a little siloed between departments. Streamlining things could save everyone some time and headaches. Global Team = Communication Hurdles: Working with a worldwide team is awesome, but cultural nuances can make communication a bit tricky at times.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.
