Pros

Working from home but even that became isolating and stressful

Cons

Paid peanuts for the job you’re doing, was told I’d have 150 cases and then ended up having 350 cases, management is shocking really poor, they don’t know what they’re doing. The claims are useless, the senior staff lack common sense and are arrogant and thick. Place should be shut down take about 75% compensation off clients who often complain, work is too much that 4 people were on sick on the team and they were too cheap to hire more people. Loads of people left just due to the stress, they are breaching health and safety of employees and their duty of care

Pros

None, absolutely none at all.

Cons

This is not a normal place to work. Do not accept a role here. The salary may seem ok but it is absolutely not worth it considering the stress levels and unreasonable and unachievable expectations/targets. As a team leader, staff were leaving all the time and not replaced all whilst having the same targets, but with less people. You're basically just expected to get on with it.
