Great place to work at! - Lab Technician Chevron Phillips Chemical Employee Review

Lot's of forced overtime due to people constantly calling in sick. For the people who do show up and do their job, there is no perks. Not that I think we need perks, but something should be done to the people who abuse the system and continually take advantage of the benefits in a way that they were not designed to do. Other than that, everything else is great at this company. I would recommend working here to anyone.
