ICARE principles, which have been developed to guide our behavior, are embedded into the Chevron Phillips culture. We make it a priority to abide by these principles in our daily interactions at all levels of the organization. Chevron Phillips has an open-door policy and we encourage employees to bring forth concerns in good faith. An objective, standardized, protocol is followed for investigating complaints/concerns. Employees who report possible misconduct in good faith will not be subject to retaliation or suffer any adverse action by Chevron Phillips as a consequence of doing so.
