Great work/life balance with 4/10 schedule for the manufacturing sites. The pay is great, could be better with increasing inflation.
Cons
Turnaround bonuses can be lackluster and not representative of the amount of overtime worked as salary employees. No comp days offered either. Lack of diversity from the bottom up.
