Schedule flexibility,good experience,there's no really much to say managers and corporate people let customers treat their employees like they ain't nothing and expect employees to apologize for something they don't do.
Cons
Favoritism, managers don't know how to separate personal life from work. If they don't like you they make sure you know it. Customers lie about the service giving bad reviews or complaining just to get a discount or free meal.
