No respect No one has manners or morals Will tell you to do “intern” stuff which is basically driving around and hanging clothes or copying and pasting on your computer These people have NO morals or manners, They will order food right infront of your face without asking if you would like to order some too. Will flat out ignore you and not even greet you when you walk in (not just me, happened to every intern) And don’t even care enough to ask if you drove safe. Like who raised these people??? I am also aware that everything was listed in the internship position so I am not surprised of what I had to do. You also have to pay for parking Keep in mind this was an internship so it might be different and positive for an actual employee. Also, they give you no school credit so what they are doing is actually illegal. A company CANNOT have “internship” positions for no pay without giving school credit. Everyone working there lacked basic manners, respect, and efficiency

I absolutely loooooved my team here. I’m the kind of person who cannot sit around doing nothing so working here kept me busy no matter what time of year it was. PR never stops and neither did Cld Pr. This is a blessing and a curse but I loved my job!!

I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice. From my very first day, multiple employees independently warned me about the work environment. That alone should have been a red flag. It quickly became clear why. There is a pervasive culture of fear that affects every level of the organization. Communication feels guarded, decisions feel reactive, and employees often seem more focused on avoiding conflict than doing meaningful work. Leadership is a major driver of this environment. The tone set at the top can feel unpredictable and, at times, intimidating. This creates unnecessary stress and undermines trust. Instead of fostering growth or collaboration, it often results in tension and disengagement. There is also little to no structure. Expectations shift frequently, processes are unclear or nonexistent, and priorities change without explanation. This makes it extremely difficult to succeed, no matter how capable or motivated you are. I also observed practices around internal and sample sales that raised concerns for me regarding transparency and handling of client related materials. While I cannot speak to intent, these situations contributed to an overall lack of trust in how certain aspects of the business were managed. If you work in media or any field that relies on clear strategy, leadership, and collaboration, this is not the place. There are far healthier environments where your time and energy will be respected.
