This company is fundamentally mismanaged and emotionally exhausting to work for. Leadership is largely uninvolved, provides little to no direction, and operates without a clear strategy or vision. As a result, teams feel disjointed, reactive, and constantly scrambling with no alignment across the organization. Sales routinely overpromises to potential clients, creating unrealistic expectations that employees are then expected to fulfill without adequate resources or support. This leads to disappointed clients, extreme stress for employees, and a constant sense of being set up to fail. The pressure to make up for leadership’s poor decisions is relentless. The internal culture is catty and driven by favoritism rather than merit. Collaboration feels performative, and there is a noticeable lack of trust across teams. Leadership appears more concerned with optics than with addressing real problems, which has created a fear-based environment where speaking up is discouraged. Compensation and benefits are well below expectations. There is no 401k match and no paid maternity leave, which is especially concerning given that the workforce is entirely female. Coordinators are severely underpaid relative to their workload, doing the bulk of execution while executives reap the rewards. The imbalance is obvious and demoralizing. Training and skill development are essentially nonexistent. There is no meaningful investment in professional growth or long-term career development. Burnout is common and normalized rather than addressed. Overall, this company takes advantage of motivated employees and offers very little in return. The issues here are not isolated incidents — they are systemic. Until leadership is willing to take accountability and enact real change, nothing will improve.
