Pros
Chicago AMM is a new company that is really taking off. Some things are trial and error, but as a team we are all contributing to make it the best it can be. We promote sharing opinions and helping each other with all tasks, no matter how big or small.
Cons
New start ups can be very challenging, and can cause occasional frustration since there is not yet a certain protocol for all tasks that need to be done.
