Really expanded my sewing skills and was pushed to make clean, quality work. Flexible hours, relaxed work environement.

Where to begin. Management is disorganized, scattered, and frequently cruel. Feedback for minor mistakes left me in tears on multiple occasions. Absolutely no benefits, turnover rate is unbelievably high. Huge safety concerns as well, building is falling apart. No hot water, stacks of heavy fabric on high shelves, etc.
