The pay is low for a multi billion company, employees are treated like crap, lack of communication between management and their employees. No incentive to work hard, management lies to the employees on a daily. Every department has no real way of advancing in your field. If you’re not buddy buddy with someone in management you get nowhere. Turn over rate is high, constantly having hire freezes, and extremely low morale.
