The people you work with are awesome, the managers go above and beyond for their employees and the discounts are decent although sometimes the customers great discounts too
Cons
Why can't a large corporation pay commission on the sales we produce for them - $11 an hour is below what the car wash pays 16 year olds - they get $15 to start.
