Teacher - Teacher Child Development Centers Employee Review

If you have a bad site supervisor, this is a terrible job. My super never had materials even when I asked for them weeks in advance, she was rude to parents, and belittled the teachers in front of the students. While the regional directors seem to be helpful, they are difficult to get in contact with without your super knowing, which is a huge issue. It also seems like their practices contradict research and best practices. My site, for example, would not allow technology to be used except to play games, none of which were educational.
