Pros
Great co-workers, on-site cook for the students, four small classrooms inside the building, and a gated playground that's connected to the corporate office.
Cons
The break room is as small as a walk-in closet, you get write-ups for clocking in early, no real training, high teacher turn over rate, new subs every day with no ECE training, ample behavioral students, no real consequences for the children, toys are old and broken, and the restrooms for the children are in the hallway... not inside each of the classrooms. Thus, transitions and restroom times are crazy!
