      Pros

      The staff is so supportive of their therapists it is really a great place to work. The therapists’ needs are put first so we can best serve our clients.

      Cons

      ChildSafe is working on raising pay for employees. The need for mental health services in the community also is a heavy burden.

      Pros

      One week paid during holiday time.

      Cons

      No longer offering work from options. There was a death in the organization last year, and the executive team couldn't be bothered to show up for the memorial. The executive is so distant and doesn't care about the employees. The CEO is never in the office even though he requires all staff to be in the office.
