Pros
Work/Life balance and ample time off was wonderful. Organizational culture overall good. Employees respect one another and collaborate well working together. But, the staff are what made the job the biggest highlight of my day.
Cons
Not too many, honestly. But, an Unyielding lack of management skills, support and encouragement. Office politics, management employee favorites with clear and present "in your face" white privilege undercurrents at its finest, made it hard to want to stay. Once managers want you out, they will absolutely stop at nothing to make it happen. Organizational culture climate began to shift, but not for the better. So, If one is not flexible enough to roll with the punches, the passive aggressiveness, and the lack of support from your management team, then please, do not work here.
