C@R is a unique organization in that it is focused on research and public policy. They have a great track record of implementing change. There's lots of room to share ideas and nothing is ever seen as impossible. The level of passion around the work is high--lots of smart, deeply committed people and visionary leadership. It's also a fun place to work.
Cons
The workload can be very high at times and sometimes expectations are a bit unrealistic.
