Inconsistent workflow among different offices/team members

Very happy to work for an organization that puts the kids and parents first. Like that the company is looking to hire more experienced leaders and open to new ways and ideas to do things.

The offices are very busy and not always supported. The Regional Manger should be in the offices training the teams hands on and be positive and not always drilling us on numbers. The company would benefit from doing more team building events outside of work. To build office moral and appreciation. Teams rotating late nights and weekends and not always the same people working these days.
