Prioritizes personalities/friendships over actual work and results, a very “high school” (cliques, popularity contest) environment. They will definitely judge you for not being involved enough in optional after-work events, etc. Basically: if your only friends are your work friends, and if you like spending time with your “work family” more than your real family, then this is the place for you (it absolutely was not the place for me!)
