Some reasons I love to work at children’s learning adventure 1.The relationships we make with the children 2. The management because the really care about you and make sure you are doing your best and if not they help you fix any issues 3. Being a teacher and having a set curriculum really helps me out when it comes to what I am going to teach the kids and it’s easy to understand

There are no cons about having this job it has been a great job to have, better than my last job

Really cool and fun things in the facility.

Poor safety standards, Poor Management, teachers putting hands on students, teachers leaving trainees in rooms with no CPR certifications, nothing in rooms saying who had allergies and of what, if you have a child in the care as well they treat you very poorly, they don’t treat you as a parent who’s kid is in the care and paying to be in the care, extremely unprofessional and rude management.
