Pros
The Mission. Most employees within the organization were talented, very friendly and easy to work with. I had worked in several areas of the health system. I would recommend any area other than IT.
Cons
No opportunities for growth. Limited training and salaries below industry standard. Some managers were allowed to do anything they wanted, ethical or not. In an employee satisfaction survey that clearly pointed to a management problem, HR chose to do nothing. They didn’t even show up to the department meeting addressing the survey results; which is usually led by them. Worst HR department I've ever seen. They would much rather continue to hire new people than address real issues within management.
