Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had positive experiences with your coworkers and appreciated our flexible dress code. We’re disappointed to learn that your experience included concerns about unprofessional behavior and the pace of training. A respectful, supportive workplace is essential to our mission, and we recognize that a drama-filled environment or unclear onboarding can be frustrating. We are actively working to improve training consistency and strengthen expectations around professionalism and communication at all levels.

Pros

There isnt a single positive when it comes to this place.

Cons

I have a lot of experience in this career field and worked a few years at Chileda. In my experience, staff safety was a serious concern — I was injured frequently, sometimes every couple of days, and the work caused me significant stress and emotional trauma. Management often ignored or misrepresented concerns, based on what I personally witnessed. I would not recommend this school/facility to families, and I would not personally enroll a loved one there. I also would not work there again if my life depended on it.
