1. 16th Month pay (Every 2months; credited every April and Nov) 2. Additional 2.5 pay on CBA year (Usually 2/3yrs) 3. Yearly Increase (Range from 1,300 to 10% of current basic pay) 4. 10% increase on promotion (Based on current basic pay) 5. 1900 rice allowance (Yearly increase to 50php) 6. 12,600 medical allowance every January (Yearly increase of 200)
Cons
1. For our department since we have limited manpower rightnow, we need to render OT. 2. Due to limited manpower were having a hardtime requesting for leave. 3. As of today, they are using band aid solution. We are still waiting for their Permanent solution on manpower. 4. Phonebankers are Rank and File not officer position that's why basic pay is not too attractive. (Previous BP: 15K increase this year to 20k)
