      Pros

      Innovative leader & top management - so keeping up is up to us. Work is always fulfilling - usually overflowing - but keeps things interesting!

      Cons

      Employee turnover - not that they leave the company but that the best ones are shifted between divisions every few years.... Seasonal crazy work hours - with no over time No corporate 'cutlure' as such - nor many staff entertainment endeavors or appreciation avenues
