Felt safe, well compensated, had really good communication and respect with boss, and was a decent enough org that I got the satisfaction of walking into work each day knowing I was making a difference for good. Criticism was well received, and suggestions were heard and implemented. They were very transparent about everything happening in the organization.

Job was dependent on funding. Job security isn't for sure if you want to continue working for them as a contractor, however they try their best to reemploy you if they can.
