Current gm is a total joke. No idea how he made it into management. Can’t make a schedule. And only knows how to lie and avoid doing anything remotely resembling work. Which in turn makes the employees resent him and also not want to work and also not want to stay. So far he has pushed out 30 employees in his short time there. Which has made it an absolute nightmare.. weekends are busy and don’t even have enough people to cover half of what’s needed to operate functionally. He will also tell employees to reliable old food as new, and a bunch of other bad practices that pot the customers at risk and is just bad leadership moves. How the higher ups haven’t removed him and the current field leader is astonishing.
